Think of us as your resourceful “in-house” communications partner, lead strategist, info-wrangler, relationship builder, and “day one” teammate all in one!
The Key has launched dozens of startups, built brands, and created multi-dimensional communications programs for various companies. Our mission is to tell a new story, and to do so, we empower people and companies to unlock their best potential through high-impact, low-bullshit communications.

We work with marketing experts who help build out a brand universe, codifying a brand strategy and making sure that the pieces of their story connect at every touchpoint. Every project begins with customer, competitive, and cultural research, allowing us to make creative decisions with insights and empathy.
Our bi-coastal team of PR and marketing pros is based in SF, NY, and NC, and we have trusted global partners in Canada and the U.K. We even have an investigative reporter on the team to help prep for the suggested ”Mea Vulva” moment!
